Could procrastination be one of your pressing problems?

Answer the following quiz questions to find out.

 

___You are ready to work on your art project.

       Do you suddenly notice a sugar craving?

       You stop and fix yourself a snack.

 

___You are ready to work on your novel.
      
       Do you suddenly remember that you must make yesterday’s important   phone call right now?

        You go look for your cell phone.

 

___You are ready to work on your music. 
     
       You’re assistant calls in sick.

      Suddenly you decide to take a mental health day.

 

___You are ready to work on your painting.

       Do you suddenly become sleepy?

      You decide to take a short nap.

 

___You’ve written one new story idea. You accidentally delete it. Do you

      suddenly remember that everyone else is watching  your favorite sci-fi-fi
      movie right now?

 

___You are working at a good pace on your creative product.

       Do you suddenly remember that an important email is coming in soon?

      You check your email, then continue to surf the internet.

 

___You are doing some online work research.

      You find a game site.

      Suddenly you are in the middle of a group trivia game.

 

 

How to Evaluate Your Quiz Results:

__If you answer yes to one to three questions then you occasionally procrastinate.

 

__If you answer yes to four questions then you may be beginning a procrastination problem. Learn some useful problem-solving techniques as soon as you can.

 

__If you answer yes to five or more of the questions then you definitely have a procrastination problem.

 

Find a trusted friend or coach that can help you start overcoming your procrastination habit now.
