       Suddenly you want some coffee and donut.

       You stop and fix yourself a snack.

       Then you remembered a call you just have to make.

      You go look for your cell phone.

___You are ready to work on your music. 
      You’re assistant calls in sick.

      Suddenly you decide to take a walk.

___You are ready to work on your painting.

       Suddenly you can’t stop yawning.

      You start a brief workout.

___You’ve written one new story idea.

      You accidentally delete it.
      You go to a party with your roommate.

___You are progressing nicely with your creative product.

       You remember that you didn't’t check your email this morning.

      You check your email, then continue to surf the internet.

___You are doing some online research.

      You find a game site.

      Suddenly you are in the middle of a group trivia game.

How to Evaluate Your Quiz Results:

__If you answer yes to one to three questions then you are occasionally distracted.

__If you answer yes to four questions then you may be developing a problem with distraction. Learn some more useful ways to maintain your focus.

__If you answer yes to five or more of the questions then you definitely have a distraction problem.
